Petition on behalf of Jonathan Pollard: Free Pollard Now!

Dear Mr. Ehud Olmert, Prime Minister of the State of Israel,
We, the undersigned, turn to you with a heart-felt plea to urgently transmit an official Israeli petition for Jonathan Pollard's clemency or pardon. We ask that you attach to it, this appeal to the President of the United States, Mr. George Bush:

We enjoin you to pardon Jonathan Pollard and free him immediately from jail.

Jonathan Pollard is presently serving an unconscionable long jail sentence by all human and ethical standards, which is not at all accepted in the United States.
Pollard is incarcerated for his 23nd year and his health is deteriorating precipitously from day to day. His life is in critical danger.
For a year and a half, Jonathan Pollard risked himself on behalf of the State of Israel and transferred vital, priceless security information.
Pollard's release must remain a national priority that unites us all, unrelated to any and all differences of opinion in the Israeli political and social arenas.
As a human being, a Jew, a citizen and agent of the State of Israel, we have a moral obligation to bring Jonathan Pollard home--before it is too late.
